Are You Eligible?
Your child qualifies if they:
- Are 18 years or under.
- Reside in Victoria.
- Are listed on a valid Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card, and Medicare Card.
Apply for vouchers for all eligible children using the provider code 2931329 for BlueFit Swimming.
How It Works
The voucher, supported by Service Victoria, applies to structured programs lasting 8 weeks or more. Key conditions include:
- It cannot be used for holiday programs.
- If a child cancels a Melton Waves program without using the full voucher, the balance remains as a credit unless the program is fixed-term.
- Non-attendance does not entitle credits.
- The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
