Group Fitness Timetable
All bookings must be made through the BlueFit Health Club app which you can download by clicking the link below. Classes will be available to book 1 week before the scheduled time. We will continue to review the timetable each week and adjust it based on demand.
- Download the app here
- Login using your credentials.
- Scroll down to find the timetable tile.
- Select ‘See all’ to view the daily schedule.
- You can click on the class image to find out more about the session.
- Click ‘Book’ beside your desired class to book straight in.
- To cancel your booking, click “delete booking”.
- Once you have booked into your class you will be be sent a reminder prior to the class so ensure to have your push notifications turned on.

A great interval workout in the pool for anyone using minimum impact to develop strength and fitness. Burn an unbelievable amount of calories.
Dance Fitness is a choreographed dance class that incorporates cardio fitness with different styles of dance including hip hop, commercial, JFG and more. If you are looking for a fun and groovy workout and want to learn some new moves then this is the class for you!
A great mix of aerobic exercises from low to medium intensity, focused on increasing heart rate in the fat burning zone.
Fit and Fab
A low impact exercise class that increases fitness levels through a range of exercises that work the entire body, strengthening muscles and bones. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Stay for a coffee after class
Senior Adults 30
FX30 is an intense functional training class incorporating a wide range of equipment such as battle ropes, plyometric boxes and wall balls.

Les Mills Body Balance
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Les Mills Body Pump
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more
30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on a bike. Intense bursts of energy for sprints and climbs with rests in between that prepare you for the next effort. A short and intense class that will burn calories for hours.
Functional Fitness, HIIT
A moderate intensity freestyle workout that combines cardiovascular training and muscle toning. Using a variety of exercises to shape and tighten the whole body. Suitable to all ages and fitness levels.
THT or Les Mills CX
A freestyle indoor cycling program with the ride sequence and a music playlist put together by the instructor.
An instructor choreographed class utilising a step platform which works the hips, butt and thighs while also driving the heart rate up.
