She was inspired to join the health club to get fit and healthy again after taking a long break and love how it fits in well with her lifestyle!

Being active has improved her health and wellbeing in every way. It’s not only about feeling stronger physically, but also about building mental resilience. The discipline, consistency, and accountability required to keep moving has strengthened these skills in her everyday life.
Since starting her journey, she has noticed big changes, more energy, better flexibility, and improved endurance. She now prioritises her health and fitness by weaving small, intentional choices into her daily life. That means getting more steps in, showing up to the gym even when it’s hard, and making better food choices by viewing food as fuel rather than just enjoyment.
Her advice to other women is simple yet powerful:
“Do the thing you know you want to do. Lean into the resistance and discomfort, because on the other side is everything you want to achieve. Remember, it’s about the journey, not the destination, so be present with yourself and enjoy every step towards deeper self-love.”
