Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie (1 Serving)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
 - Β½ cup pumpkin purΓ©e
 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 - Β½ frozen banana
 - 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 - Β½ tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
 - A handful of ice
 
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness/spice.
 - Pour into a festive glass, add toppings, and enjoy!
 
Optional Toppings:
- Whipped cream (dairy or coconut)
 - Sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg
 - Crushed graham cracker or granola
 
Spooky Boosts:
- Add chia or flax for fibre
 - Use chocolate protein for a βpumpkin-chocolateβ twist
 - Mix in black cocoa or food-grade charcoal for a dark Halloween hue
