Courtney celebrates 20 years at Melton Waves.
One of our very beloved team members has celebrated her 20th year milestone here at Melton Waves. A huge congratulations to Courtney! We are extremely proud of Courtney and her incredible achievement of 20 years.
Courtney’s journey here at Melton Waves began back in 2002 when she started as a lifeguard. After spending two entire years watching from the sidelines, Courtney decided to jump into the action and retain her swim teaching certificate in 2004. For the following twelve years Courtney continued to lifeguard and educate students in and around the pool. As a result of her hard work and dedication, Courtney was promoted to a Duty Manager position. Since 2014 Courtney has been a full-time Duty Manager who has assisted many of our members and staff along the way. Courtney has been an incredible asset to the team here at Melton Waves – no job is too big or too small for her to conquer.
