We’ve made some changes to our Group Fitness Timetable to better accommodate popular classes and in response to direct feedback from our members.
Here’s a preview of some of the new additions:
- Mondays – 9:30am – Super Circuit (Group Fitness)
- Mondays – 11:00am – Aqua (Pool)
- Tuesdays – 9:30am – Super Circuit (Group Fitness)
- Tuesdays – 10:15am – Yoga (Group Fitness)
- Wednesdays – 10:00am – Aqua (Pool)
- Thursdays – 10:00am -Fit N Fabulous (Group Fitness)
- Thursdays – 7:00pm – Yoga (Group Fitness)
- Fridays – 6:15am FX30 (Group Fitness)
- Fridays – 6:00pm Yoga (Group Fitness)
- Saturdays – 8:30am FX30 (Group Fitness)
- Saturdays – 9:00am Body Pump (Group Fitness)
- Saturdays – 10:00am Dancefit (Group Fitness)
