We are excited to celebrate a very familiar face in our fitness community! Louise has been a dedicated member at Melton Waves for over twenty years, regularly taking part in our pool activities. We are now excited to honor her as our Member of the Month.
For Louise, regular exercise is the ultimate tool for everyday mindfulness and freedom. She explains that her routine is vital because "it allows me to keep moving and allows me to participate in the rest of my life which is so important." She finds that this practice ensures she has the energy and capability to remain fully present in all aspects of her world.
As a long time part of the Melton Waves family, Louise views her workouts as a way to support her mind through both movement and social connection. She notes that while swimming is her main stress relief, coming in regularly to catch up with friends and the amazing instructors is equally important for her mental wellbeing.

- Focus on Yourself: Do not worry about what others around you are doing.
- Do Not Compare: Give yourself permission to focus on your own path and simply "you do you."
